Whether you’re looking to keep active, fancy something a little more structured or simply want a way to meet like-minded mums, we’re sure these activities will be perfect for you and your little one.
NCT Baby Massage Course
Baby massage, as we touched on in our previous blog, is a great way to both communicate and bond with your new baby. The sessions are small and highly interactive, run by friendly and highly trained facilitators. Not only this, but baby massage has been proven to aid with their development and sleep as well as improving their digestive system and reducing symptoms of wind. It’s also a great way to meet other parents in your local area.
The course is run over six weeks and is an affordable postnatal course.

Story Stars is a sensory story class for babies of up to 18 months old and combines all the little ones favourite books alongside sensory and messy play activities. Lou and Amy who run the classes understand the importance of exposing children to books at an early age, as it’s vital in developing both their language and communication skills.
The classes have been rated five stars and include interactive storytelling, puppets, story props, lights, songs, activity stations and messy play all based around a different story each week.
There are two parts to each session, an interactive story-telling session and then themed sensory and messy play activities. All of the activities are carefully planned and are all based on the Early Years Foundation Stage areas (EYFS).
